Our fixed commission for
Helsinki area is tiered according to the property to be rented as
following:
1 room+k 557e +vat 25,5% = 699e
2 rooms+k 636e +vat 25,5% = 799e
3 rooms+k 716e +vat 25,5% = 899e
4 rooms+k 796e +vat 25,5% = 999e
Commission is up to 100% tax deduction worthy.
Prices include value added tax.
