- 2 rooms+k 644e +alv 24% = 799e ( sis.alv )
- 3 rooms+k 800e +alv 24% = 992e ( sis.alv )
- 4 rooms+k 900e +alv 24% = 1116e ( sis.alv )

Commission is up to 100% tax deduction worthy.
